KxM Research to Impact Foundations Course is a self-paced, online course designed for members of the UBC community — including faculty, post-doctoral fellows, graduate students, and researchers — whose research aims to create social impact through informing practice and policy and/or expanding public conversation.

Course learning outcomes:
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Define KxM practices and explain their role in research impact
- Apply appropriate frameworks and approaches to KxM
- Design effective dissemination strategies for diverse knowledge users
- Build ethical research partnerships using inclusive engagement practices
- Create a comprehensive KxM plan, incorporating evaluation and grant requirements
